This Thanksgiving I want share a practice I call "fill your BAG happy" which is a reminder to focus time and energy on the good. Positive psychology researchers have shown that focusing on the good and gratitude can have a positive affect on overall wellbeing. Thanksgiving is a time to reflect on blessings.
