#MotivationMonday 6.28.21


 In ACT (acceptance and commitment therapy) we often talk about a "choice point." That is when we are faced with a situation and we have to choose how we respond. When we react vs responding we can often move further away from our values. When we are able to notice our emotions and our thoughts and then choose to act mindfully in alignment with our values, we move toward the person we want to be. This is often a healthier and more productive response.
