Thoughts

What we think affect so much of how we feel and how we act. What kinds of thoughts do you have? Are you supportive, positive, hopeful? Take a look at your thoughts throughout your day. Notice where your mind goes automatically. Is it helpful? Is it productive? Your thoughts will guide how you see the world but the key is to know that you don't have to believe everything you think. You have the control. Can you choose who you become?
